The Tools Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions. The role focuses on integrating tools like Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, and ServiceNow (CMDB, Event Management, CSDM) to enhance monitoring, automation, and event management across hybrid environments, ensuring CMDB accuracy and efficient CI mapping in collaboration with customers.
