Position Title: Pre-Sales Solution Architect
JPC - 6558
Required Experience: 8+ years
Tax Terms: C2C, W2
Note: Must have valid U.S. work authorization , U.S. Citizen, or H1B.
Responsibilities:
- Shape account strategies with Sales teams to grow customer adoption of Databricks.
- Build custom tools & utilities to accelerate solution design and integration.
- Champion the Lakehouse architecture as the gold standard for data platforms.
- Lead technical validations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to land strategic use cases.
- Consult on big data, AI/ML, and data engineering projects to capture technical wins.
- Promote open-source innovations like Apache Spark , Delta Lake, and MLflow in the community.
- Contribute to sales enablement through whitepapers, case studies, and best practices.
What We re Looking For:
- 5+ years in pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
- Expertise in big data engineering, data warehousing/ETL, AI/ML, or data applications.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more languages (Python, Scala, Java, R).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.
- Bonus: Databricks Professional Certifications and expertise in Generative AI, Unity Catalog, or Databricks Data Warehousing.
