- Provide on-site, client-facing technical support including installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.
- Perform quality checks to verify operational status of system equipment prior to deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up and advanced troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of field support experience.
- Proficient in hardware and software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows 10 operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Experience imaging PCs and notebooks using SCCM.
- Hands-on experience managing and resolving tickets through an ITSM system.
- Familiarity with iOS device support.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Work Environment
- Office-based support environment.
- Includes walk-up kiosk support and vending/locker resupply responsibilities.
