Primary Responsibilities:
This role will challenge you at every turn. You'll help troubleshoot systems issues and identify gaps within a fast-paced, performance driven environment. You'll need to learn different platform tools to help with data migrations, loading and auditing within various lines of the business.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze and summarize data for various KPI reports and dashboards
- Ad hoc and recurring reporting to comply with regulatory requirements
- Ad hoc reporting to support business operations
- Research and analyze provider and claims data requests and problems, often through special projects
- Maintain job aids and workflows
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing rigorous quality control measures
- Assist in audits and data quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of healthcare administrative data including Claims, Network and Provider data; experience with Vision data preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs/charts)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access (including running queries and generating reports)
- Intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
- Demonstrated sharp attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing and executing SQL
- Experience with Quest Analytics
