Job Details

Title: Business Process Improvement Consultant

Assist our Medical Device client by providing business process improvement consultation to their Commercial Operations organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the observation, documentation, improvement, mapping, and creation around our client s commercial and financial operations and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and observation of current business processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement
  • Analyze process maps to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, or optimization
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gather relevant data and metrics to quantify process performance and efficiency
  • Identify key pain points and gaps of current commercial processes
  • CJ/VS future process mapping and forecasting
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, short & long term
  • Identify process automation opportunities, short & long term
  • Identify system/data integration or mapping opportunities
  • Collaborate with matter experts to understand and improve processes behind commercial systems
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
  • Assist in designing change management plans to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and process improvement strategies

Skillset

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a business process mapping consultant or in a similar role
  • Understanding and experience working in Commercial and Financial Operations
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping techniques and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or related metholodies
