Job Description:
- Opportunity to be part of a large-scale transformation program aimed at modernizing our Deal Pricing platform and drive adoption across Sales and Product.
- Candidates will play a key role in the change management activities associated with rolling out and onboarding Sales users to our new Pricing tool.
- Candidates will also participate in product testing, user acceptance test planning, guiding migration from legacy tools, and partnering with our external vendor to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution.
- This role blends strategic thinking, problem solving, effective communication and change leadership to accelerate program deliverables and business outcomes.
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Change Implementation and contribute to large-scale planning related to Change Implementation deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Change Implementation challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Change Implementation deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Change Implementation.
- 4 plus years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Pay Range: $45 - $50 on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
