RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking an Integration Specialist.

Duties Include:
* Supports standard BUIP integrations with the expectation of learning SSO
* Guides customers throughout the implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice
* Documents all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties are informed on progress
* As an Integration Specialist, you will log any bugs or feature request in JIRA
* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
* Commitment to quality and Success, Promoting Process Improvement, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information, Vision, Work Effectively Under Pressure, Work with Cross Relational Teams; Proactively project manage existing integrations for End of School and Back to School

This 100% remote worker will use Acuity to place their availability for Faculty to submit Training Request on the workers Calendar. Workers paid when creating new faculty account or needs for hours worked on a project.

The schedule is flexible availability Monday through Friday 6am EST to 1AM EST; Saturday - Sunday optional; Peak season 8am EST to 9pm EST. Peak seasons are Fall: 8/1-9/30, Spring: 1/1-2/15, Summer: 4/15-6/30.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer success or similar role related to software implementation (higher education experience preferred but not required)
* Familiarity with courseware (Connect, ALEKS, Simnet)
* Previous experience with major Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle)

Interview:
* Panel 30-minute duration

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
