Description

Core functions: ? Analyze complex business requirements, evaluate options to provide comprehensive solution design, perform hands on configuration and system changes. ? Define functional specifications for enhancements and provide direction to the development team. ? Provide break fixes for production issues as needed including providing issue analysis, resolution and root cause analysis. ? Lead UAT Support and knowledge sharing of the optimal processes. ? Test developed solutions thoroughly and deploy them into the SAP production environment. ? Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, specifications, and development work. ? Provide work estimation, status, track changes to scope, solution and effort. ? Take ownership of change management processes. ? Align closely with multi-lingual and multi-geographic business partners to gather requirements, prioritize user stories and bugs, provide POCs and future recommendations. ? Ensure the solution adheres to best practices and is optimized for performance. ? Collaborate with Scrum masters, PMs, Basis, various cross team members and leaders ? Work in a highly Agile and DevOps like framework Skills required but not limited to: ? Core Module Knowledge: Expert in SAP S/4HANA Treasury functionalities, including cash and liquidity management, bank account management, in-house cash, and risk management. ? FICO Module Knowledge: Experience with FICO, AP, AR and others such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and analytics platforms. ? Cash Forecasting: Knowledge of tools and processes in SAP S/4 for cash position reporting and cash and liquidity forecasting. ? Banking and Reconciliation: Skills in BCM, bank reconciliation processes and configurations within SAP Treasury, cash application, intercompany clearing, netting and mirroring processes. ? Financial Instruments: Expert in configuring and managing financial instruments like loans, bonds, and derivatives as well as configuring interest and principal repayment calculations, FX hedging product types such as FX spot, forward, NDFs, etc ? Risk Management: Skills in implementing SAP's tools for FX risk management, interest rate risk, and commodity risk ? Multi country and currency experience- Experience working with financial instruments and regulations pertaining to multiple countries and currencies. ? New Company codes and interfaces: Help set up new legal entities and collaborate with multiple teams to set up functional Treasury and Banking modules in various geographies and technical formats. ? Payment management- Configuring and managing POBO, ROBO, etc and traditional payment functions for business partners and trading partners. Technical Configuration and Customization ? SAP Customization: Ability to perform configuration of Treasury functions, including setting up company codes, payment formats, and bank account hierarchies ? ABAP Skills (Beneficial): Understanding basic ABAP programming can be helpful for troubleshooting and creating custom solutions. But this is not required. Integration with Third-Party Systems ? Banking Interfaces: Experience with configuring and managing interfaces with banking systems (e.g., SWIFT) for transactions and statements. ? API and Middleware Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, web services, or middleware (such as SAP BTC, MBC, etc) to integrate SAP with external financial platforms ? Securities platforms- Experience with trading and settlement applications like 360T, Finastra, etc. Analytical Skills and Financial Knowledge ? Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate finance principles including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and currency management ? Treasury Operations: Strong understanding of treasury operations and cash management processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury related applications and 10+ years overall SAP functional experience. ? Must have- SAP S/4HANA experience. ? Highly preferred- SAP Treasury Certification ? Good acumen in using Spreadsheets and other work tools like SharePoint, Jira and Service now. ? Function effectively in a very fast paced, dynamic and continuously evolving landscape. ? Excellent communication skills and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate and manage multiple parallel deliverables and priorities. ? Support period close priorities and ability to work some planned and unplanned shifts during close, deployments or emergencies. ? Act as a trusted solution adviser to provide positive outcome to the business partners and finance leadership. ? Language: English speaker, Portuguese nice to have.

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $105.00/hr.
