JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will encompass two main functions:
1st to build out intake process for Ping which will require an understanding of various types of SSO/MFA so they can advise on the appropriate internal workflows that need to occur and then document this all out. They will be hands on creating process flows in Viso or related tools and leveraging things like Sharepoint Form, Teams or Excel ;
2nd will be to triage items that come into team's Ping queue. They will not be hands-on troubleshooting Pign themselves but rather helping to determine the criticality of the ticket and helping with prioritization. For example, it could be a simple question and they can respond to take off the request from the queue, but sometimes it's more difficult and they will need to determine priority. If there is a critical event happening they will need to escalate accordingly. This resource must have excellent communication and ability to interface with customers directly to solve issues and manage customer expectations. They will be handling and coordinating all activities within Ping, and eventually this process will be automated and self-service.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in access management and IAM
- background in requirements gathering, process planning, workflow documentation or related function
- strong understanding of various types of both SSO and MFA
- experience creating process diagrams (Visio, Lucid Charts, etc)
- ability to interface directly with customers
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of Ping (Federate, Identity, Da Vinci, Directory)
- hands-on troubleshooting experience in Ping access
- Ping Certifications: Ping Identity Certified Professional
- PingFederate , Ping Identity Certified Professional
- PingAccess, or Ping Identity Certified Professional
- PingDirectory
