Job Title: EHR Helpdesk 1st Shift Lead Job ID: 25-08246 Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months of contract

Description:

Seeking an experienced EHR Helpdesk Shift Lead with strong Epic EHR support expertise. This role serves as the senior technical lead for Epic-related issues within a centralized IT Helpdesk supporting 13 state-run healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Epic-related incident resolution and escalations
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot complex Epic issues
  • Guide and mentor Tier 1/2 helpdesk staff
  • Monitor ServiceNow tickets and ensure SLA compliance
  • Support go-lives, upgrades, and TDRs
  • Maintain documentation and train staff


Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting Epic EHR
  • Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
