Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide IAM programs encompassing RBAC, PAM, MFA, and SSO implementations.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business objectives.
- Manage the integration of IAM solutions with AI platforms, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams to drive IAM governance and risk management initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage IAM toolsets such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks including NIST, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Drive Agile/SAFe/DevOps methodologies across IAM-related programs to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage contracts, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Report progress, risks, and metrics to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of IT program/project management experience with a strong focus on IAM and security programs.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale IAM transformations in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in IAM strategy, implementation, and governance.
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards: NIST, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001.
- Experience integrating IAM with cloud (Azure, AWS) and AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
- Certifications in IAM technologies (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).
- PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar security/project management certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce security and access management.
