ECS is seeking an ARPA-H COMP Advisor to work remotely . Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Comptroller (COMP) Office. In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor to ARPA-H-enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As an advisor within ARPA-H, you will provide support and thought leadership to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.
ARPA-H COMP is responsible for safeguarding the effective, efficient, and transparent use of government resources, upholding the highest standards of ethical financial management, and aligning fiscal operations with ARPA-H's strategic priorities. As an advisor within this office, you will contribute to the credibility and accuracy of financial transactions and promote continuous improvement through adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of integrity and innovation. You will collaborate across ARPA-H to synchronize financial planning and resource allocation with programmatic goals, utilizing data-driven decision-making and forward-leaning financial strategies.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $220,000

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years minimum professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write scientific/technical reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
Desired Skills
- Three years or more experience within a Federal ARPA organization.
- Two years or more experience in Federal Healthcare and/or Scientific Consulting.
- Experience supporting complex healthcare and programs of a research and development nature.
- Advanced degree (Masters) preferred based upon domain expertise.
