Job Description:
Product Owner Marketing Transformation
We re seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to support an enterprise-scale transformation initiative: focused on modernizing marketing, data, and personalization platforms. This role is central to translating business vision into structured, actionable product specifications and driving delivery across multi-solution frameworks. You will interpret and refine business owner objectives into comprehensive functional specifications that guide the design and delivery of the full solution, ensuring clarity, traceability, and performance across integrated platforms such as Adobe CMS, DAM, CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain strategic capability roadmaps across MarTech platforms, outlining evolution paths, dependencies, and maturity trajectories.
  • Functional Design Leadership: Translate business goals into detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and delivery timelines.
  • Requirements Traceability: Establish and manage traceability from business requirements through design, development, and delivery.
  • Solution & Delivery Quality: Ensure solutions meet business expectations for quality, performance, and scalability across integrated systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to manage interlocks, document workflows, and align on system designs and enablement materials.

Key Contributions

  • Scope Management: Define and manage scope across multi-solution initiatives, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
  • Feature Prioritization: Lead prioritization of features and capabilities based on business impact, readiness, and dependencies.
  • Delivery Oversight: Drive execution of product deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes across integrated platforms.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or platform strategy roles within enterprise technology or marketing organizations.
  • Expertise in multi-solution design and delivery, especially Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, RTCDP, AJO, ACC v8), CMS, DAM, and campaign orchestration tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, GitHub, Miro).
