Role Title: Core HR & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Senior Consultant

Role Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Senior Consultant to provide part-time functional support for an existing Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This role will focus on aligning system configuration with recently updated business processes, performing hands-on configuration, and optimizing workflows within Core HR and ORC.
The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR operations, and the internal HCM support team to implement changes, validate functionality, and ensure the system is operating in accordance with new requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on configuration within Oracle HCM Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Update and optimize workflows, approvals, and configurations aligned with new business processes.
Support functional enhancements, troubleshooting, and minor system adjustments within the existing HCM footprint.
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand process updates and translate them into system changes.
Conduct impact assessments and ensure changes align with best practices and system governance.
Assist with testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and provide documentation where needed.
Provide guidance and advisory support to ensure long-term system stability and usability.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
Proven background performing hands-on configuration, workflow updates, and business process alignment.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting capacity.
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with HR and TA stakeholders.
Prior experience supporting production Oracle HCM Cloud environments preferred.
