Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and advisory across Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR strategy into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global HR processes.

    implementations across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes, and define technical solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership and advisory on Oracle HCM Cloud roadmap, integrations, and extensions.
  • Define and govern solution standards, security, workflows, and reporting strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, ERP, Payroll vendors, Integration teams) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Guide implementation teams and provide oversight during design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend strategies for business transformation using Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Mentor consultants and ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 4 5 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as a Solution Architect.
  • Deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, and at least two Talent modules (Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, or Benefits).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security, fast formulas, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Experience in integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware (OIC preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver large-scale HCM transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance, and global HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules).
  • Experience with multi-country/global HCM Cloud rollouts.
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, SCM) or Oracle OIC for integrations.
  • Background in HR strategy or HR technology consulting.
