- LanceSoft shall provide work-related travel, vehicle, gas and accommodation
- Any personal travel must be borne by Resources without use of company assets and/or authorized vehicles

Job Description | - Understanding of RF theory
- Drive test using data collection tools such as TEMS Paragon, XCAL, TEMS Investigation, Keysight Nemo, QXDM etc.
- Experience with TEMS Paragon preferred
- Test cases include stationary tests, speed tests, cluster drives, SSV mobility drives, benchmarking drives etc.
- Must be able to monitor and handle test configuration involving 1 8 devices/phones, scanner, antennas etc. among other RF equipment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use GPS navigation tools such as Google Maps, Google Earth, Microsoft Streets & Trips for navigation, Delorme Street Atlas
- Must be proactive to troubleshoot issues
- Provide daily summary reports
- Open to relocation to other market locations as needed without any restrictions

- Holds a valid driving license with clean driving record
