Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Finance Experts to collaborate with AI researchers in improving the performance of large language models (LLMs) in finance-related domains.
This role is ideal for finance professionals who enjoy complex problem-solving, analytical thinking, and contributing domain expertise to next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI/LLM model performance across finance use cases where accuracy is currently limited
- Apply real-world finance expertise to train AI models on:
- Financial modelling
- Investment analysis
- Corporate finance concepts
- Design evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for:
- Deal analysis
- M&A assessments
- Financial forecasting
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to refine:
- Training methodologies
- Evaluation strategies
- Domain benchmarks
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
- Investment Banking
- Private Equity
- Capital Markets
- Portfolio Management
- Equity / Credit Research
- Trading / Quant
- Venture Capital / Growth Equity
- FP&A
- Accounting
- Financial Consulting
- Strong command of financial concepts including:
- Investment analysis
- Financial forecasting
- Revenue modeling
- Corporate finance
- Asset & risk management
- Excellent English written communication skills
Nice-to-Have (Optional)
- CFA (Level I / II / III)
