Job Details
The Denzel Group has been chosen to work with an Industry Leader on their Director of Field Technology opening . This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary, bonus, profit sharing, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and excute a technology roadmaps that will make the Field Teams more efficient across the organization
- Work with Field Management to ensure technologies are aligned with needs of the operation
- Lead a team of Field Techs
- Manager IT Service Delivery to ensure timely technical support
- Provide training to the field team on the effective of the digital tools
- Lead pilot programs to test and implement new digital solutions for field inspections, work planning, and safety monitoring
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading Field Technology teams
- Experience with workforce management software
- GIS experience
- Experience rolling out new technologies
