RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Data Scientist Level 3 in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI/ML innovation with experience deploying production-grade models. You will work cross-functionally with Agile teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy solutions in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced degree in relevant field: PhD preferred, Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
* Strong background in ML, NLP, and GenAI
* Experience working in production environments with scalable AI systems
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally in Agile settings
* LangChain/LangSmith
* AWS and Azure
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
