Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align AEM solutions with business objectives.

Lead and manage Scrum teams, overseeing backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile execution.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between technical development and business goals.

Work closely with UX/UI designers, AEM developers, and marketing teams to deliver optimized digital experiences.

Guide the authoring experience, site assembly, and DAM setup to ensure efficiency and usability for content managers.

Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track product success and drive continuous improvements.

Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complex AEM functionalities into actionable business insights.

Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, web analytics, and digital marketing requirements.

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with AEM implementations.

Strong expertise in Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and roadmap management.

Deep understanding of the AEM platform, including authoring capabilities, site assembly, and DAM workflows.

Experience collaborating across backend development, UI design, and marketing teams.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both developers and business leaders.

Prior consulting experience, ideally working with enterprise clients to shape digital transformation strategies.

Background in financial services, digital marketing, SEO, or web analytics is a plus.

AEM Certified Business Practitioner certification preferred.
