Description

SAIC is seeking a top-notch Facilities Project Manager to join our talented team in Chantilly, VA. This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing the Enterprise Industrial Controls System (ICS) strategy for an Intelligence Community client. This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph prior starting in the role, as such ship is required based on federal law.

In this role you will support development and implementation of the ICS strategy for Operational Technology / Informational Technology / Cyber Security; conduct end-to-end project management functions for upgrades, standardization, and recapitalization of the ICS; and oversee assessments of the network and components.

Responsibilities include:
  • Act as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and maintain document control.
  • Develop and deliver cost estimates.
  • Maintain and report on project management data.
  • Analyze and take the initiative to improve on organizational processes.
  • Ensure full coordination, integration and change control of new and existing assets, systems, and services. The integration is to be done with minimal impact to mission operations.
  • Develop ICS Specifications for Utility Monitoring & Control systems, HVAC, IT, Cyber Security and others as required. Assist with acquisition of services necessary to implement ICS throughout the enterprise.

Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph, which requires ship by Federal Law
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of demonstrated experience in facilities systems engineering, cyber security and OT/IT engineering. .
    • Note: Professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the client
  • Project Management Institutes' PMP or equivalent project management certification
