Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with strong project management skills and hands-on Salesforce expertise. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and project delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will understand both the sales cycle and the technical aspects of Salesforce CRM to manage end-to-end solution delivery for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Salesforce-based solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
Manage multiple Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements.
Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, developers, and administrators to ensure successful solution delivery.
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records within Salesforce.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, products, and ecosystem trends to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the IT or SaaS domain.
3+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Excellent project management skills (PMP or Agile certification preferred).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience working in a consulting or systems integration environment.
Exposure to pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and client onboarding.
