Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Utilities C2M (Customer to Meter) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring C2M solutions, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). This role will also involve end-user engagement and training to ensure successful adoption of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to utility billing, metering, and customer service processes.
  • Design business process flows and configure Oracle C2M system accordingly.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are implemented correctly.
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
    • Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.
    • Collaborate with end-users and business teams during testing phases.
    • Identify, track, and resolve defects.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users during rollout and stabilization.
  • Participate in system demos, requirement workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Document configurations, test results, and process changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Oracle Utilities applications, preferably C2M (Customer to Meter), CC&B, or MDM.
  • Strong understanding of the utilities industry processes (meter-to-cash, billing, customer service, metering).
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and business process design in C2M.
  • Proven track record of working in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting and managing UAT cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support end-users effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Utilities CCB/MDM if not C2M directly.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence).
