  • Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focused on CSDM.
  • Design CMDB and CSDM frameworks to enhance data quality, service mapping, and ITIL alignment
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, APIs).
  • Skilled in solution design, workflow automation, and process re-engineering.
