Job Details
-Work in Pacific Time zone & Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities: Solution Architecture Develop both target-state and transitional architectures for MDM implementations within the IDMC SaaS ecosystem.
-Master Data Modeling Design and implement scalable master data models across domains such as Person and Organization.
-Data Integration Build robust data pipelines and integration patterns using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including CDI and CAI.
-Data Quality & Governance Establish best practices for metadata management, data quality, lineage tracking, and governance throughout the master data lifecycle.
-Technical Leadership Lead architecture reviews, provide technical guidance, and conduct proof-of-concept initiatives for MDM solutions.
- Hands on experience with Match/Merge , survivorship rule implementation.
-Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategies.
-Platform Operations Maintain high availability, performance, security, and compliance of IDMC MDM solutions
-Informatica Expertise Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS, IICS, CDI, CAI, and CDQ.
-Cloud & Integration Knowledge Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, integration patterns (batch, real-time, API, event-driven), and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
-Database & Messaging Systems Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging platforms like Kafka and Azure Service Bus.
-Analytical Skills Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning capabilities.
-Communication & Collaboration Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
