Job Title: Maximo Functional Analyst
Duration: 6-12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Job Description:
Job Role and Skill Set:
- Specializes in configuring, supporting, and enhancing IBM Maximo for enterprise asset management (EAM).
- Gathers business requirements, maps processes, and delivers functional solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Skilled in Maximo modules (Work Management, Inventory, Procurement), Preventive Maintenance, SQL, and workflow/process design.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and system training.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo EAM (7.6 or later), including system configuration and application setup.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo Functional modules: Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Experience with creating and managing workflows, escalations, and automation scripts.
- Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and integration with external systems.
