About the role:
Everest is hiring an OpenText ECM Developer to help build and configure document management systems using OpenText xECM, especially in a cloud-based container setup (like Azure Kubernetes Service). You'll work with tech and business teams to create secure, scalable solutions for managing enterprise content.

For CA, NY, NJ or IL: The base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $208,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

- Certified OpenText xECM Administrator or Developer
- 5+ years of experience with OpenText ECM/xECM
- Strong knowledge of folder structures, metadata, access controls, and workspace design
- Experience with container platforms (AKS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with OpenText modules and APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Scripting skills for automation and deployment
- Background in disaster recovery, backup, and system hardening
- Experience in regulated industries like insurance is a plus
- Understanding of GDPR and enterprise security tool
