Job Title: ATM Monitoring Engineer
Location: Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC(Hybrid - Onsite 3x a Week)
Job Type: Contract W2
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT engineering or ATM systems monitoring
Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Tivoli
Exposure to Mainframe or HP Nonstop/Tandem systems
Understanding of payment processing and multi-data centre environments
Familiarity with change management and incident management processes (Bank of America or similar)
Experience working in Agile teams and using JIRA
