Position: Calypso Production Support Engineer
Location: Charlotte/ Minneapolis/ Dallas/ New York/ New Jersey(Onsite to any location)
Duration: Contract(C2C/W2)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Calypso Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Calypso platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Calypso APIs, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), and production support in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Calypso production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Custom Development: Design and implement custom solutions using Calypso APIs to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Environment Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of non-production environments to support development and testing activities.
  • Release & Deployment: Manage and coordinate production deployments, ensuring smooth and error-free releases.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS services to support and optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Batch Operations: Monitor and support batch processing jobs, including after-hours support as needed to ensure operational continuity.
