Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This role is on site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, managing our online platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.

Oversee the operation of our ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless backend development and functionality.

Implement and manage content on our Content Management System (CMS) to enhance user experience.

Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and improve customer service.

Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions and campaign planning.

Manage and update our product database on Canto, ensuring accurate product information and visuals.

Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce marketing plan to increase traffic and conversion rates.

Monitor web strategy to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Leverage analytics tools to track and report on the performance of our ecommerce activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve brand awareness through various digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Must possess a strong background in backend Ecommerce

Must have a strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

Experience in building and enhancing Brand Awareness is necessary

Must have a track record of successful Campaign Planning

Previous experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry is a significant advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong communication and team management skills

Knowledge of e-commerce trends and a keen eye for changes in the industry.
