Job Responsibilities: Develop and enhance Customer Communications Management platforms based on OpenText Exstream. Discuss requirements with Product Teams. Help shape the product vision with internal and external stakeholders. Implement new add-on products and features, ensuring Schwab and Client Reporting architectural and design governance is applied. Coordinate upstream and downstream system integrations. Improve Schwab and Client Reporting overall development and deployment pipeline for the OpenText Exstream product suite. Lead all aspects of Development on Distributed applications and OpenText Exstream based customer communications management platforms. Execute build and release coordination, deployment tactics, and issue management. Coordinate with Product managers and stakeholders for technical solutions to support the Product roadmap. Lead and provide technical guidance to geographically dispersed tech team to design and deliver solutions. Design scalable solutions for ultra high-volume applications.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Requires 72 months of experience involving the following: Coding in Java and J2EE Technologies for enterprise applications; Design and implement customer communications with Open Text Exstream suite of products for ultra-high volume; Expertise in Application Development Tools including OpenText Exstream Design Manager, Control M, and ESP; Shell Scripting; CI/CD Pipeline including Bitbucket, GitHub, and SVN; Web Technologies including Spring, Struts, JSPs, Webservices (SOAP and REST), and JavaScript; Handling databases including MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or SQL Server; Project Tracking tools including Jira, Confluence, or Red Mine; and Performance Tuning applications including JMeter or Apache Mina.
