Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in San Jose, CA. This role involves managing Slack at scale and building AI-driven automation to enhance collaboration and compliance.
Rate Range: $37/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour

Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance system functionality and interoperability.
- Automate workflows and processes using scripting and AI-driven tools.
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and engineering to deliver robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices in software development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise Slack administration and API development.
- Proven expertise in integrating Slack with enterprise systems and enforcing governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows within Slack.
