Job Details

We are seeking a talented Product Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and solving strategic design challenges. This is a 6-month contract position with a potential to convert to a full-time role, working on our core product to optimize the experience for our business users.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from discovery and concept ideation to final prototype designs and other interaction design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Writers to define customer problems and goals.
  • Advocate for design throughout the planning and development process, creating visually stunning interfaces that communicate the brand and make emotional connections with users.
  • Ensure cohesion and consistency across a growing family of products.
  • Bring empathy and the voice of the customer to your team.
  • Manage your time effectively and be accountable for delivering work on schedule.

Skills

  • 3+ years of product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences with depth and clarity.
  • Experience driving product direction, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and making customer-centric decisions.
  • Proficiency in designing and prototyping complex workflows with tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or similar products.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in design systems.
  • Ability to leverage data to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
