We are looking for an accomplished Senior Delivery Manager to spearhead a major ERP Migration and Implementation initiative at our client's Atlanta, GA site. This opportunity calls for a professional with deep technical know-how and a strong foundation in program delivery, capable of driving success in a dynamic, multi-functional team environment.

Primary Duties:

• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of ERP migration programs, ensuring smooth integration with related platforms like Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

• Serve as the primary point of contact among Engineering, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance groups, fostering alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
• Maintain control over critical project components including risk mitigation, timeline tracking, and deliverable execution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices are followed in accordance with modern ERP architectural standards.
• Keep senior leadership and stakeholders informed with timely status updates and progress reports.
• Uphold high-quality project outcomes while effectively managing the constraints of budget, timeline, and scope.

Core Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in program management, particularly overseeing large-scale ERP system implementations or migrations.

• In-depth experience working with ERP solutions and associated integration layers across CRM, P2P, and SCM.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to coordinate work across diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Highly analytical with excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Expertise:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery frameworks.

• A technical background or comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a significant advantage.
