Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Workday Integration Developer/Specialist for an opportunity with a client located in E. Point, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new integrations and modify existing ones using Workday tools like EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
- Work with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Keep abreast of new Workday features, technologies, and best practices.
- Thoroughly test integrations to ensure functionality and data integrity, and deploy them into production environments.
- Troubleshoot integration errors, provide support for existing integrations, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that integrations are secure and that data is protected
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Workday platform
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Workday Integrations and technology delivery
- Proficiency in Workday tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), DT, APIs, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Calculated Fields
- Strong programming skills in languages, such as XSLT, XML and Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong Workday studio skills with minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Experience with Benefits integrations is preferred, but not required
- Workday Prism or Workday Extend experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and Rally tool experience preferred
- Long term contract - W2 only, no c2c or sponsorship offered
- Can sit fully remote within the US
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Integrations & Technology Delivery
- Very Strong Workday Integration development experience working on Studio, BIRT, EIB, Core Connectors etc
