Compensation
Pay Range:$48.51-$69.30/Hrs

Description
* Lead and drive projects independently without guidance.
* Manage projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Work on infrastructure and application development projects.
* Collaborate with finance operations and understand data management.
* Engage with executives and manage change effectively.
* Conduct status meetings and produce documentation.
* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead project teams and manage project timelines.
* Develop and implement project plans.
* Identify and manage project risks.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Facilitate cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications
* 5 to 7 years of experience in project management.
* Experience in finance operations and technology projects.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
* Strong understanding of data management and flow.
* Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
