Job Title: Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager
Location : King of Prussia , PA
Duration: Long Term Opportunity
Certifications: Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect optional)
Role Overview:
The Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive successful implementations, integrations, and enhancements across Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership:
- Own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from Requirement through deployment.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Ability to build consensus, drive offshore global development team to deliver build, QA
- Ability to work with product owners , managers to track requirement, UAT closure , Communication & Training.
- Solution Architecture:
- Review design and provide guidance to Solution team.
- Oversee integration with third-party systems and legacy applications.
- Owns data migration & have deep dive knowledge on data migration activities & rollouts of users between Salesforce Orgs.
- Ability to provide direction on solution, technical delivery guidance & requirement gaps.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor developers, business analyst, admins, quality assurance team and technical consultants.
- Foster collaboration between product owners, product managers, business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT leadership.
- Ability to find gaps in translation of business requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide status on progress and keep a close eye on milestone and task delivery across multiple teams.
- Ability to build consensus across team
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Implement robust testing strategies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Work with Quality Assurance management to align on schedule, execution of testing adhering to organization goals
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
- Recommend enhancements to optimize CRM performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 12+ years in IT with at least 8 years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects in enterprise environments.
- Should have at a minimum three large scale Salesforce implementation experience. (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ )
- Certifications:
- Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Copado, Data Loader & Docusign.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for Salesforce.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud etc. )
- Should have a college degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Four-year college degree is mandatory)
