One of our direct clients is looking for SAP E Hana Lead in Remote. Below is the detailed job description.
Title: SAP E Hana Lead
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 12 15 years of IT experience with 10-12+ years in SAP Native HANA development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Native HANA solutions, especially in the context of integrated platforms like IBP or SAC.
- Manage onsite stakeholder engagement, including requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, demo sessions, and business alignment.
- Act as a bridge between offshore teams and onsite leadership, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review and validate technical design documents, ensuring adherence to SAP and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with PMO and business units to ensure that technical delivery aligns with program timelines and objectives.
- Represent the HANA team in architecture, governance, and design review boards.
- Proactively identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior HANA consultants across geographies.
Core Technical Skills:
- Expertise in E HANA
- Expert-level proficiency in Native HANA, SQL Script, Calc Views GraphicalScripted, Table Functions, and Stored Procedures.
- Deep knowledge of authorization models in SAP HANA, including analytical privileges and role design.
- Strong experience designing real-time, scalable reporting solutions across large datasets TB scale.
- Familiarity with HANA data modeling best practices, code optimization, and memory utilization techniques.
Bonus Skills:
- Prior experience with SAP ABAP or understanding of integration with ABAP-based systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other frontend reporting tools.
- Functional understanding of supply chain clinical planning domains is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting and defending architectural decisions to leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously onsite, while coordinating closely with remote offshore teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
