Overview:

We are seeking an ASP.Net Developer who will support our client in developing and enhancing web-based solutions for a New York State (NYS) program. The developer will be responsible for end-to-end development using the ASP.Net framework and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. NYS project experience and local presence are required.

Duties:

  • Design and develop web applications using ASP.Net.

  • Maintain and enhance existing applications based on business needs.

  • Collaborate with database developers, analysts, and QA teams.

  • Debug and resolve application issues efficiently.

  • Write clean, scalable code and ensure application performance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, and front-end frameworks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 4+ years of experience in ASP.Net development.

  • Direct experience with NYS agency projects.

  • Strong knowledge of .Net Framework, C#, and SQL.

  • Based in Albany, NY or surrounding areas, and able to work 50% onsite.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with MVC architecture and Entity Framework.

  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
