• JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Seeking a highly skilled CRM Lead / Microsoft CE Architect to oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Microsoft CE (Dynamics 365) solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, architecting advanced integrations with ERP and AI-driven tools, and ensuring seamless delivery of CRM, portal, and mobile applications as part of the UBOS project.Key Responsibilities:
  • Study and assess current and future PTC Microsoft CE applications, configurations, and related technologies.
  • Architect and design scalable Microsoft CE solutions, ensuring alignment with PTC s policies and technical standards.
  • Build and maintain a delivery roadmap, managing a team of CRM and full-stack developers.
  • Lead the successful delivery of CRM, portal, and web applications for the UBOS program.
  • Advise PTC leadership on emerging Microsoft CE and AI trends.
  • Develop Microsoft CE customizations and configurations to meet functional and integration needs.
  • Oversee integrations with middleware, ERP systems (SAP), payment gateways, IVR, and contact center platforms.
  • Act as an expert in data migration to Microsoft CRM from non-COTS systems.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, document designs, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Provide mentorship, manage project deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft CE application development and implementation.
  • 10+ years developing CRM applications using .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, and Reporting Services.
  • 5+ years as a Microsoft-certified FastTrack Solution Architect for Business Applications.
  • 2+ years leveraging Azure AI and Machine Learning for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Delivered at least 2 certified FastTrack Business Application projects and 1 AI-driven CRM deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics Contact Center, AI-driven chatbots, and CoPilot integration.
  • Proven expertise in CRM data migration, ERP integration, and omnichannel customer experience systems.
  • Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design and agile delivery practices.
  Required Skillset:
  • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement FastTrack Solution Architect.
  • Deep technical knowledge of D365 CE, Power Platform, AI & Machine Learning, and Azure integration.
  • Expertise in event-driven architecture, SAP ERP integrations, digital payment processing, IVR, ChatBOT, and omnichannel systems.
  Desired Skills:
  • Experience in SAP Enterprise Business Solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM frameworks.
  Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Microsoft MVP (Business Applications, Customer Experience, or Power Apps) preferred.
  • Microsoft and Azure AI certifications highly desirable.
