**Qualifications We re Looking For:**
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant technology field is a must.
- Proven experience with both iOS and Android systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support settings is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide daily support for diverse hardware, software, and network systems.
- Build, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices efficiently.
- Manage user accounts and security settings using Active Directory.
- Offer excellent phone support, maintaining voicemails and related user accounts.
