Senior SAP R2R Lead

Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years)
Qualifications:
Experience of 10 years in accounting or finance with R2R process management experience is usually required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in SAP systems, particularly FICO and/or S/4HANA, is expected, with experience in other relevant SAP modules or S/4HANA implementations being beneficial.

About the Role:
Overseeing the Record to Report process within an SAP environment. This position involves leading a team, driving process improvements, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Management: Responsibilities include overseeing the R2R process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and internal controls (e.g., SOX), leading financial close activities, driving process improvement initiatives, coordinating with auditors, and developing standardized procedures.
* SAP System Expertise: This involves designing, configuring, and deploying SAP modules within the R2R workstream (e.g., SAP FICO, Treasury Management, PaPM, SAC for FP&A), providing functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, leading configuration and testing, and providing post-implementation support.
* Leadership and Team Management: Key aspects include leading and mentoring a team, providing guidance and training, and fostering collaboration across teams.
* Analysis and Reporting: This covers ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis, overseeing reconciliations, preparing balance sheet analysis, and analyzing financial data
