Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

General Responsibilities
Manage the execution of projects within budget, schedule, and scope constraints while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience managing projects using MS Project
- Experience managing budgets and strong financial acumen
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Project Online/Server preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (general) strongly preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Experience managing vendor relationships and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication planning and structure
- Proven risk and issue management experience
- Experience managing project teams with both onsite and remote resources
- Ability to manage up to three projects simultaneously
- Previous experience managing and forecasting project budgets between $500K-$5M
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to craft clear narratives and communicate context, next steps, and value propositions
- Strong listening skills and audience awareness
- Ability to maintain control under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Self-motivated, proactive, and quick learner
- Strong business acumen and ability to build partnerships
- Confidence balanced with self-awareness
- Ability to deliver difficult messages with professionalism and influence stakeholders
- Understanding of technical aspects of projects at an appropriate level of detail
- Familiarity with PMI talent triangle: Technical Project Management, Leadership, Strategic Business Management
- Ability to coordinate across teams and mentor junior project managers
- PMP certification is a plus

- Experience with financial planning and execution
- Integration and testing experience
- Experience running hypercare or large programs
- Proficiency with Jira and MS Excel
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- SAP implementation experience preferred
