Essential job tasks:
Analyze component requirements of new and upgraded systems and perform installation and testing of new products Ensure adherence to and completes/updates documentation of routine maintenance schedules and inventory Compile and update statistical information, manuals and reports Diagnose problems and repairs equipment ensuring conformance to specified codes and standards Solve complex problems using technical knowledge and professional judgment to restore critical systems
Experience Required:
At least (5) five years of work experience with Avaya System Programming in a telecommunications analyst, voice communication analyst or similar position.
Requires the ability to plan, organize, monitor, control and implement telecommunications and video projects Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Must be able to work well with and/or lead people from many different disciplines and with varying degrees of technical expertise Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, is required.
Certifications:
Avaya System Programming,
System Manager/Session Manager certification.
Any Cisco training/certification
