Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Function of the Group

The ETL Lead role will focus on data-intensive applications supporting business and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, design, and programming expertise across the ETL/data pipeline lifecycle from consumption to reporting.
General Responsibilities

• Align business strategy with software solutions.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactively broaden technology and business knowledge.
• Apply modern software development principles, methodologies, and tools to business initiatives.
• Participate in structured project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• (Preferred) Experience in banking and regulatory reporting.

Experience Level: 5 7 years (Level 3)

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Advanced design & programming in Informatica PowerCenter 9.6+ and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Strong in developing and debugging PL/SQL code
• Build SCD mappings with diverse source formats & transformations
• Performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings, sessions, and workflows
• Experience designing HTTP transformations
• Knowledge of ETL code deployments using DevOps tools
• Hands-on with UNIX shell scripting and CA7 job scheduler
• Intermediate skills in data analysis and data modeling

Flex Skills / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Alteryx
• BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI
• Hands-on with Teradata
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture
• Lead complex problem-solving and provide technical guidance
• Propose, design, and code software solutions for complex needs
• Maintain technical and procedural documentation
