Job Details

We are hiring a Senior UX Designer Lead remotely. This role will require someone who has led project teams, managed stakeholders, and delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary UX liaison for business units and digital platform teams.
  • Foster trust and alignment across cross-functional partners to ensure shared vision and smooth collaboration.
  • Own and maintain a prioritized design backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and design consistency.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with a hands-on approach.
  • Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and user-centered design principles in all deliverables.
  • Apply UX research methodologies to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with the research team to plan, conduct, and synthesize user insights.
  • Contribute to transformational initiatives across the digital ecosystem.
  • Leverage institutional knowledge and experience to guide design evolution and innovation.
  • Support and direct UX designers and researchers to align work with business goals.
  • Partner closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing leadership on complex projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
  • Strong grasp of UX research methods and their application to design.
  • Experience managing design backlogs and working within agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with public authentication flows and UX design for secure environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $73.00/hr.
