We are seeking a motivated and skilled Clinical Application Support Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on supporting the Artemis EMR and other Engineering Software Development efforts. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our applications and systems

Rate: $40 - $50 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to tickets, emails, and calls from internal and external users.
  • Conduct functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve defects and issues experienced by end users.
  • Provide bug fixes and troubleshooting for mobile applications, web applications, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in applications and EMR systems.
  • Utilize SQL to address and rectify problems within applications or systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards by applying HL7 standards and tools.
  • Assess whether issues need to be escalated to higher-level support or management.

Experience Requirements:
Required Skills:

Functional Skills:
  • Healthcare background (clinical or technical) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and managing user expectations.
  • Functional troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis of defects.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
  • Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with or ability to learn SQL database and scripting.
  • Web application experience and general understanding of networking and computer hardware.
  • Experience working with web application development teams.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Green Hopper, or similar.
  • Experience with functional regression testing.

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HL7, API, and Web Services.
  • Experience with or ability to learn backend testing (database and middleware).


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
