SAP PLM

Description of the Role:
This role helps food and beverage companies manage their product recipes and formulations using SAP software. The consultant works with business teams to understand how recipes are created, modified, and tracked, and then sets up the system to support those processes. They ensure the system is aligned with industry regulations, labeling requirements, and quality standards.
Top/Must have skills:

• SAP PLM experience, specifically in Recipe Management (sometimes referred to as Recipe Development or RD).
• Multiple full-cycle SAP implementations involving Recipe Management or broader PLM modules.
• Functional role
  • The focus is on business processes, system configuration, requirements gathering, and solution design within SAP.
  • The consultant should understand how the Recipe Management module supports the business (e.g., formulations, compliance, labeling, ingredients, etc.) and be able to configure the system accordingly.
  • They will interact heavily with business users, lead workshops, gather requirements, create functional specs, and manage testing and training.
