Job Details

A global trading company is looking to add a Windows Desktop Support Analyst to their Windows team. This role operates on 4 days a week onsite with 1 remote day schedule. Onsite location is in Princeton NJ.

In this role you will be supporting the Windows desktop environment, using Active Directory to assign teammates in department based projects through move/add/changes, and manage the desktop and mobile platforms for the office. To excel in this role superior customer service skills are needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Active Directory user account administration
  • Desktop engineering, application packaging and deployment via SCCM, and OS deployment via SCCM
  • Dell desktop and laptop hardware
  • iOS Mobile Devices integrated with Mobile Iron or an MDM
  • Microsoft Office
  • Supporting desktop applications
  • Supporting AV equipment and rooms
