Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior ETL Developer / Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in data engineering and integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, SQL scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL, with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions. This is a hybrid role focused on innovation and leadership within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of robust, high-performance data solutions using Snowflake.

  • Oversee end-to-end ETL pipelines using Informatica Cloud, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Utilize advanced SQL scripting for data transformation, cleansing, and reporting tasks.

  • Integrate and maintain complex business logic using Oracle PL/SQL.

  • Define and enforce data governance and quality standards across the data lifecycle.

  • Act as a mentor to junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to optimize data architecture and performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance of existing systems and ETL processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and evolve data integration strategies.

  • Participate in strategic planning of enterprise data architecture and scalable infrastructure.

  • Champion a culture of collaboration and innovation across technical and business teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in Data Integration / ETL development.

  • Strong expertise in Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.

  • Proven experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.

  • Experience leading technical teams or projects.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Snowflake certification (e.g., SnowPro Core)

  • Experience with CI/CD for ETL, Git, or DevOps practices.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
